We introduce ourselves as one of the leading applicators of Copper Grit / Sand Blasting and surface coatings of Steel Structures in Steel and Power Plant Industries. For over a decade we have been catering to the coating needs of the industry assisted by an army of dedicated engineers and special skilled technicians for various applications as Epoxy Floor, Acid Alkali Resistance Coat in DM Plant, Corrosion resistance Epoxy coats , concrete structure repairs & protection etc... The activity involves Surface preparation of steel structure / concrete structure with Copper grit / Sand blasting process followed by Epoxy coatings (Acid Resistance, Wear resistance, Corrosion resistance etc.).
We take projects on turnkey bases. The assignment also includes testing of the surface coatings after final finish coats as per the parameters decided upon. We have been in the business of surface coatings for long time (M. TECH LUBES) specializes in providing tailor made solutions to the coating requirements of the customer. The solutions offered by us are proposed only after detail study of the final requirement of the system, which enables us to have absolute clarification of the project in the beginning enabling us to deliver the final product within shortest possible time.
We have executed many projects on turnkey basis in record time for various applications in Power and Steel Industries etc.. Recently we have completed two projects each of about 25000 Tons of steel. Presently we have capacity to execute smoothly project of 50000 Tons of steel per annum at single site for Sand Blasting and Epoxy Coating.
